Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched from our international fulfilment partner.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Origin
Our products are fulfilled through a trusted third-party logistics (3PL) partner and selected third-party suppliers located in China.
To keep our products affordable and reduce unnecessary handling, orders are shipped directly from our international fulfilment centres to customers.
Estimated Delivery Time
We aim to deliver orders within the following timeframes (excluding public holidays):
- Australia: 7–20 business days
- New Zealand: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier services, or peak shipping periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and cover shipping charges only.
Shipping fees are based on:
- Delivery destination
- Order size and weight
Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties, GST & VAT
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, GST, or VAT, depending on the destination country.
Please note:
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee
- Any applicable GST, VAT, duties, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer
- Charges are determined by local authorities and may be collected at or after checkout or upon delivery, depending on your country
We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure of potential charges.
Tracking Information
Tracking is provided for all orders where available.
Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Multiple Items, Bundles & Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery and product availability, some orders may be fulfilled from different fulfilment partners or locations.
If your order includes multiple items or bundle products, these items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times, each with its own tracking number where applicable.
There is no additional shipping cost for split shipments unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to:
- Customs inspections or clearance delays
- Carrier or courier delays
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions or unforeseen events
We appreciate your patience in these circumstances.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details
If an order is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears delayed or lost:
- Please check your tracking information
